SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

I ship orders within 48 hours for in-stock items. If you custom order a pen, or the pen you request has been sold, I will make it for you but understand it could take three to four days to make then pen if I have the material in stock. If for some reason I don't have the pen kit or material in stock then I will contact you with a time frame.

There is a flat rate of $14.00 for shipping standard parcels within Canada. Northern Areas and remote locations may have a surcharge applied. I will let you know if there is such a charge before shipping.

REFUND POLICY

I guarantee all my pens and pencils for 30 days from delivery. If for some reason your pen fails and there is no sign of abuse I will fix or replace the pen or pencil at no cost to you.

If upon receipt of your pen you are not satisfied, notify me within 7 days of receipt and I will replace or refund the item. Please note: in order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned within 14 days of contacting us. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
